By accessing this website scheduling advisory consultations or enrolling in any FLO Consulting Limited training program you agree to be bound by these corporate terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms you must discontinue use of our digital platforms immediately.
All leadership frameworks proprietary course materials presentation slides and strategic models provided during our masterclasses including Daniel 10 and FLO Mentorship remain the exclusive intellectual property of FLO Consulting Limited. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or external distribution is strictly prohibited.
Our enterprise consulting and executive coaching services provide strategic guidance and operational recommendations based on the information provided by your organization. The final execution and daily operational results remain the sole responsibility of the client enterprise management team.
Enrollment in executive masterclasses or specialized seminars requires full tuition confirmation prior to the program commencement date. Organizations requesting invoice billing must settle outstanding accounts within the agreed corporate payment window to guarantee participant seat reservations.
We understand that executive schedules change. Written cancellation requests received at least fourteen days prior to a scheduled masterclass are eligible for a full credit transfer to a future cohort. Late cancellations may incur administrative processing fees.
These terms of service and any separate advisory agreements entered into with FLO Consulting Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
